   My father used this company for many years for his business insurance, I took over the company a few years ago and decided to continue working with them, very glad I did as time and again they proved themselves worth it across a number of insurance matters. I recently found out Emma and myself had a mutual friend in another client of hers and we spoke at length about how good Insurance2day are. Not only the best I insurance company I have ever dealt with but probably the best company I have ever dealt with in my life !    I was nearing my renewal date for my PI and PL insurance and was talking to a very good friend of mine about the exorbitant costs that I was being charged, my friend said that I should contact Emma Robinson at Insurance2day which I did. Emma was very thorough ensuring the cover that I actually needed was bespoke to what I did and Emma went that extra mile and conversed with the insurers so the cost was in line with the cover supplied, consequently saving me over £200 a year, if you want a bespoke insurance policy ask Emma to arrange your policy and save money.

   I found Insurance 2 Day via colleagues at the OU when I was looking for an insurance provider....and how fortunate that moment was.12D, if I might call them so, have offered me great service over a number of years at a competitive rate ...and ....you can contact them if something out of the ordinary comes up, and real people respond to the issue quickly. Furthermore they offer all sorts of other useful support to their clients ...so yes, I have recommended them and yes, it’s a 5* !

   I have been a client for more years than I care to remember, having found Insurance2day through a recommendation in a forum. In turn, I have recommended them to others. They offer excellent customer service and I am sad to see one poor review - but of course we do not know the story. In my experience, they have been really helpful, very quick to offer me exactly the cover I need and to sort out things for me. They have a low staff turnover - I have dealt with the same people for years and that means you can build a real relationship with the firm as opposed to a series of transactions where you need to go back over old ground. When there were changes in cover provider, they were swift to alert me and go through the issues that might arise. Definitely a beacon of good service ! Thanks !
