   Great location, across from Liverpool Lime Street station. Staff were very helpful and room was comfortable. One thing that would make it better would be a small table in the room; so we could sit near the window and have a drink, as we look out the window! Very neat and clean room. Had our luggage held since we went exploring in the morning. A nice break with the Christmas market nearby, too.

   This Holiday Inn is well worth a visit. We stayed for 2 nights and everything was perfect. The room was kept spotless and everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and the choice of food etc was good. We also had an evening meal which was one of the best. Thank you again to all the staff, especially Kath who was in the restaurant was lovely. We will return again .

   I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Liverpool - City Centre. The location could not be more convenient, right in the heart of Liverpool with easy access to the train station, shopping areas, and many popular attractions. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. Every interaction felt genuine, and they were always willing to help with directions, recommendations, or just a smile at the reception. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, providing a perfect space to rest after a full day of exploring the city. The bed was cozy, and I really appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. Public areas such as the lobby and restaurant were also tidy and inviting. Overall, I was very impressed by both the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. It created a truly pleasant atmosphere that made my trip even better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool, whether for business or leisure, and I would definitely stay here again.

   It was our first time in Liverpool and we chose to stay at our usual hotel- Holiday Inn- and we never went wrong. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel boasts a great location, making exploring the shopping areas and the city easy. The service was superb—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast, with a great view, was terrific, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. What really stood out was the personalized touch throughout our stay. We came to Liverpool for graduation, and the hotel staff made the experience feel extra special. Highly recommended!

   Brilliant location (just opposite Lime St Station), incredibly friendly staff and very accommodating. My girlfriend and I travel a lot and finding a good gluten free breakfast is rare. We were shown to a specific gluten free station at breakfast with a good selection of breads, cakes and cereal. All the rest of the breakfast items were labelled on a big allergen list by the buffet, with most of the hot food being gluten free (they even offered to cook us some gluten free sausages!) The room itself was fairly standard, comfortable, with everything we needed. The whole hotel for some reason felt incredibly warm, to the point where our sleep was disrupted, the overly plump pillows and thick duvet only made this worse. I’m not sure if there was some air conditioning in the room we missed, so I’m not deducting too harshly from the score for this, especially since the front desk is 24h and I’m sure they’d have been able to assist us if we’d have gone and asked. Overall a very good stay, would recommend!

   The hotel itself was clean and spacious, and in a good location close to the station, city centre, restaurants and pubs. The best part of our stay was the staff. The efforts they went to to help us celebrate our sons birthday was truely amazing. From the wonderful surprise for him in our room to the woman welcoming us at breakfast, bringing him a gift of her own the following day, the staff went over and above all expectations. The owners should be very proud of the team they have there and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and would recommend to anyone visiting Liverpool.

   The place was clean and well kept. However, I could feel the springs in the mattress. There was also drafts coming from around the windows. I did book a king bed, but was given two full size beds instead. The front desk staff were nice and friendly which was a plus as were the room cleaning staff. I did have one complaint pertaining to one member of the cleaning staff who was shouting down the hallway in an argument with another member of staff in the morning waking me up. Which probably wouldn't have bothered me if I was able to get a comfortable sleep during the night, but due to feeling the springs i was unable to do so, resulting in a stiff neck.

   I always stay here now when visiting Liverpool. Just across the road from Lime Street station and 5 minutes away from the city centre. St John's precinct is around the corner, so location wise, it's fantastic. My family always choose to stay in their double room with 2 double beds, which are so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. These rooms also have a separate living area - ideal if you have young children. We love the complimentary, wall mounted soap, shampoo and shower gel, which are very good quality and smell amazing! The rooms are immaculate, very clean and spacious. The tv is huge! Food is lovely!! Breakfast is something to look forward to - a variety of hot and continental food. Most of all, all the staff, reception, restaurant and cleaning, are always so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. You really won't be disappointed! Thanks again.
