   The solicitor who took on my case was Ana Maria. I found her an excellent solicitor to work with. She went above and beyond what she had to do. She kept me informed at all times of what was going on, what to do and what to expect. I was able to contact her easily and she was very prompt in replying, even at times when this was unexpected, ,such as after working hours. There were many occasions when Ana's understanding, empathy and support were much needed. There was one particular occasion that I will never forget. While I was gathering the details needed about my income and so forth I got an email suggesting that I did not earn enough to entitle me to bring in my wife and son. This news happened at the end of the day, I can't remember if it was a Friday too, but it might have been. I was in panic and absolutely distraught when I emailed Ana back past 5pm. To my great delight and relief Ana actually phoned me around 6pm to explain the situation and assuring me not to worry as this would be sorted out so that my wife and son could come here. The previous email that my accountant had sent me was not completely correct and all would be fine in the end, which it was. Ana is a very polite, kind and thoughtful person who takes her work most seriously and has the welfare of her clients as her top priority. I would recommend Ana to anyone who was needing immigration help and support.
