   Bought a house with these guys a few yrs back after seeing the good reviews. We complained about it at the time but this was towards the end, received a generic reply 'sent from my galaxy' from 'Frank', we nearly lost the house because of them and I have to say given the stellar reviews on here I was incredibly disappointed. We got the house in the end but the stress we went through is not to be taken lightly. No compensation offered despite them being a reason for delays and also a distinct lack of proactivity. Would not recommend and would not use again.

   Would highly recommend. I had the pleasure of dealing with Roshni Chohan over a recent sale of my flat. Roshni was fantastic and engaging with me throughout the process. They kept me up to date regularly and ensured all questions were forwarded over in a timely manner whilst also providing useful information on how to answer/what the buyer was after which was a extremely useful as a first time seller. Although my sale fell through, the support provided up to that point was fantastic and I will be reaching out again when I progress through the sale process in the future.
