Always able to be contacted, prompt responses to emails and helped to push through the deals quickly. 3 months to sell and 2 months for buying. Even the estate agent remarked at how good they were.    After two purchases where I have not been lucky with a solicitor to give us an adequate answers but somehow managed to get us through a completion we have come. to Low blacks. As there is a saying third time lucky. I was very pleased with the knowledge , expertise and professionalism that Will Ashton has provided for our lease hold flat purchase. That was the first time we used the company. Second time naturally went back for our fifth purchase. Again lease hold flat. Clare Brattan and Natalie Leece showed a great professionalism and great response to all of our questions and concerns. No doubt we are looking forward to working with them again. Very highly recommend to anyone dealing with properties. Keep the great work guys. My money spent with them were worth any pennies.

   Appallingly slow, no communication and no urgency at all. We are in the process of buying a house and they are the vendors solicitor. We’ve had nothing but excuses for why they still haven’t progressed anything. Just this week the excuse is now that someone else “lost the paperwork”. The issue they are meant to be resolving has been going on since August 2022. With our mortgage offer about to expire it’s very unlikely they’ll suddenly get things sorted and they’ll cost the vendor their buyers in a difficult selling climate / and us our desired new home. Having experienced them third hand I would certainly go out of my way to help people avoid choosing them in future.

   This firm are an absolute shambles. Constantly chasing through my own solicitor. They took my money and did nothing for 2 weeks. Now my mortgage offer is about to expire , which cant be extended. 5K in legals fees down toilet. Only gave 1 star, as its not possible to give 0.
