I have never gone through insurance and this was my first experience, at first everything seemed clear, online app deserves a star, but everything else from phone calls to emails, I have gone back and forth, numerous emails not responded to, with an apology for delay email at last then requesting for documentation that has already been sent a tactic to cause more delays. My accident was in November, I just thankful to god my outcome was minor, I feel pitty for those suffering for significant life injuries that have to go through this

Absolute disgrace of a company to have personal injury assistance with, I was involved in a rear-shunt RTC in April this year (2025) and initially I felt supported, reassured and provided with physio appointments for my injuries, all great I thought ! I then rang up a couple of weeks ago for an update because as everyone else who have left reviews have stated, they then make numerous excuses to avoid paying out (typical personal injury companies) if I could rate them zero stars I would ! When I called a couple of weeks ago I was told that now “There has been an error in the paperwork, we have sent this off to be corrected” what is a simple rear-end shunt case with my written off vehicle has taken them now 8 months+ to sort, absolute disgrace of a company to be with and no updates. Just constantly fobbed off with a multitude of excuses, I’m going to be taking this further and seeing what my rights are as I get constant excuses, no updates and a severe lack of communication, honestly avoid like the plague !!!!

My case has been settled and i'm due my compensation payout. However they wont pay out and keep fobbing me off with excuses ive been waiting months. Getting fed up with them now. They take a good chunk of your compensation so you'd expect to be treated better. I'm going to contact the SRA tomorrow report and seek guidence from them. I think if enough people contact them perhaps they'll look at minster law and their practaces, as all these 1 star reviews is disconcerting to say the least

If I could I’d give this company zero stars , don’t bother with them and avoid at all costs. Been completely ghosted by the claims handler and no updates apart from an automated out of office in months regardless of calls and emails advising I’d like an update. Completely disgusted that I went with the suggested company from my insurance company. With a clearer head I probably would not have seeing as they have a poor reputation but I wasn’t exactly thinking straight at the time.

I deeply regret using Minster Law for my personal injury claim. Initially, I felt supported after my accident — the team responded promptly, explained the process, and I was hopeful I’d be fairly represented. But since mid-October, that support has completely disappeared. It’s now been 4 weeks without a single response to my emails, including a formal complaint that I was forced to raise after being ignored for so long. I’ve chased multiple times and received nothing back — no explanation, no update, no acknowledgement. I’ve been completely abandoned without any idea why. To make matters worse, other passengers in the same accident who chose different solicitors have already received their compensation and were very satisfied with how their claims were handled. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting, completely in the dark. I feel extremely let down. The lack of communication has caused ongoing stress, during a time when I was meant to be recovering from a traumatic experience. I now have no choice but to escalate this to the Legal Ombudsman. Minster Law promised care and support — what I’ve received instead is silence, confusion, and distress. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

If you’re happy to wait for 10 months whilst these cowboys prance about, uninterested in helping you get your claim sorted, this company is for you. If you’re willing to chase them and call them on a regular basis asking for an update because they can’t be bothered to call you about your claim, this company is perfect. If you want your insurance claim to run the polar opposite of smooth and you’re happy to deal with the stress involved, this company will tick all of the boxes. If you don’t like the sound of any of this, avoid this company at all costs.

I had Thomas Reall deal with my accident claim for me through Bikesure. I was on my motorbike going round a roundabout when a lorry pulled out and went into the side of me. The accident claim was put forward and quickly explained to me. I have never been in an accident claim before so didn't understand the first thing about what happens. Thomas quite literally did everything for me and explained everything step by step. It was obviously a difficult experience for myself having been put on medication for anxiety/depression due to the accident and dealing with my wife having to support me a lot more than normal. It was good that I didnt have to chase Thomas dealing with the claim. He just did what he had to do when he could do it. I occasionally emailed asking for updates but due to the nature of claims you do have to rely on other insurance party's to do parts also which can take time. As this was explained clearly I understood why certain parts took longer. I had a time line for each step of the claim and felt like it was done well. Luckily we got an offer from the liable party which I agreed too and ended the claim. I spoke to Thomas on the phone a few times throughout the claim and it was nice to have a genuine professional helping you. I honestly felt that he had my best interests at heart which I believe is rare these days! It was nice to know that Thomas was dealing with everything and you didn't have to worry about it. Overall very happy. I will be staying with the same insurance yet hope nothing happens to me in the future! Thanks for your help!
