   Nice, clean, hotel right on the doorstep of Anfield. The people we met in the adjoining lounge are salt of the earth and made us feel very, very welcome. Would definitely recommend using this hotel to anyone travelling to Liverpool. Thanks to Lisa, Joe and all the other Liverpudlians who gave us a great wee night.

   Most rooms don't have windows so get very stuffy as they're very small. Staff are very unprofessional but helpful. Food is bad and small portions. Management not great to deal with. Great location if going to a football game, probably the only reason to stay here, other than that not the best area. It was clean at least. Although unfortunately the shower door fell off when I tried to close it. Have definitely stayed in better budget hotels, and hostels for that matter...

   We stayed at Frames to do our Liverpool to Leeds canal ride. I am so glad we stayed here, The staff are amazing and so helpful. The food is amazing, You have to try the club burger. Thank you all so much for your help and assistance.

   To be fair I have not stopped here but after having dealings with the management I would never go near the place, they booked us for a full day of cleaning work and then 20 mins before we were due to arrive thought it was fine to cancel as suddenly they realised they had bookings and so couldn't have areas cleaned!!! They were not in the slightest bit bothered they had lost us a full days work and money and seemed more annoyed that I wasn't happy about it ! So if that how they think people should be treated I would hate to risk being a guest there yuk !

   Unfortunately on the night we stayed. There was a function. That was loud. And went on till 2.00 in the morning. Staff are brilliant. Couldn't apologise enough.. Gave us a free breakfast. I would stay again if no functions

   Great little hotel. Spotlessly clean. Superb, friendly staff. Very good, reasonably priced breakfast cooked to order. Good location for Anfield ground. Can't recommend this place enough. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

   Perfect hotel! The rooms are big and spacious and everything is new. The bar serves a large selection of drinks. Had a good nights sleep as there is no noise unlike when I stayed in the city centre The breakfast was very impressive!
