I recently organised a 65th Birthday celebration for my son and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hospitality was first class, French chef’s Christmas Dinner was absolutely delicious and waitresses were amazing. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and my son will be staying there again when he visits family in the Wirral. Thank you Brook Hall for making our stay and special birthday party very memorable.

I just had a major birthday party with 26 guests at this hotel and I have to say it was just perfect!. The hotel, the staff, the rooms the breakfast, the food at the event, the DJ. The 2 waitresses, the ballroom were just amazing. I give a perfect score 100/100

This is a really lovely old hotel. In the country. The food is absolutely delicious. The chef was great and his cooking is impeccable. The ladies that service rooms are really lovely ladies as well. Uryania and Catherine both work very hard and their standards are very high. The rooms are immaculately clean. They replenished our teas and coffees on a daily basis and couldn’t do enough for us. The standard of cleaning is probably one of the best I’ve ever seen. They are very kind and friendly This is probably one of the best hotels that we’ve stayed in. It is a little quirky because of the old-fashioned feel but nonetheless it is very well maintained and we were very happy here for our entire day for five days

The hotel is really run down and needs a lot of money spent on it. The food was lovely and the chef very helpful but this did not make up for the state of the hotel. The room smelt of damp and we had to sleep with the window open. The bath had mould around and the bedroom had lots of parts of the wall which had been patched and not re-decorated. The staff were friendly but not enough of them. Had to wait 30 mins to be served at the bar and gave up waiting for any help at reception I would not recommend or stay here again

Lovely room, facilities and very helpful staff. We had an issue with the jacuzzi bath but it was dealt with promptly, without fuss and with a smile. Definitely can recommend, we will return.

Great friendly reception can’t do enough to help, comfortable rooms for a great nights sleep. Wholesome menu of fine food with great service, I am blown away each time I stay here - a home from home.

Lovely weekend break in this extra ordinary hotel where guests are made to feel very welcome. Beds comfortable, breakfast good & evening meal delicious. We are hoping to return.

Brook Hall Hotel is a gem of a place, excellent accommodation, very scenic, beautiful garden, an ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle and to relax with your partner. It's a lovely quaint place, wonderful helpful staff, a caring owner, a wonderful bedroom with a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Breakfast is the best I ever had in any place I stayed. I'm definitely coming back again, I couldn't recommend it highly
