   Thompsons Solicitors through the R.M.T union acted on my behalf after I was knocked off my pedal bike on my way to work. I was assigned Richard to my case. Words can't express how brilliant he was in coming to a satisfactory conclusion to my case. I couldn't have sorted everything without his expert advice and help.    What a sorry excuse for a law firm. They couldn't get a simple car accident claim right. The initial assessment was carried out by the most inept medical "professional" I have ever had the misfortune to meet. A chimp could have made a better diagnosis. The report he wrote was shambolic and didnt specify the injuries I actually had. Then there was the farce of physiotherapy, I was discharged after one session, then called back a five months later to have some more sessions only to be told that the sessions were not authorised and I had to leave the premises. There was zero communication from Thompson's. At one point it took three months for a reply after I made the phone call. After that it was passed to multiple unprofessionals who didn't really show any care in sorting out my case. In the end I told them to settle the case as they thought it perfectly fine to send me to a specialist over 30 miles away from where I live. These people have no shame. AVOID USING THIS SHAM OF A FIRM FOR ANY LEGAL WORK! YOU WOULD GET MORE SENSE OUT OF A BUNCH OF MONKEYS!
