   We booked this Airbnb for a party of 12 for two nights. The property is located quite close to the town centre but has no easy car access, the pub opposite was shut and it had a carpark that we could use. The car park has a parking charge but they can only charge if there is someone living in the pub. As it was boarded up the car park was free, but there's no signs to say this but the locals will confirm this. Entry to the house is by an electronic door lock easy to use but would have like a bolt on the inside.. The house was basic and mostly clean and tidy, with reasonable kitchen fittings fridge freezer microwave kettle and toaster. They also left some basics like coffee tea sugar salt and pepper. They also leave cleaning stuff and plenty of rubbish bags. The bedding was ok and functional if you are particularly picky take your own each room has a bathroom and toilet some run on macerators that can be noisy, again these were clean but the finish in some areas was not great and some toilet seats were loose. There is a small garden area with seating that is quite private, just check the garden cushions are dry... The living area is a bit small if all 12 of you are in it with not too many comfy chairs. The TVs are net TVs everything is run through Netflix which is ok as long as you are not a TV addict. The WiFi is ok in the house. It's an easy walk into the town, and has good places to eat quite close try the pied bull pub just inside the city wall. Verdict nothing special but a functional house for a big party of 12, feels more like a student accomodation that a holiday let.

   The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable, although it can be really noisy. It's ok for a few nights. Walking distance to the city center.

   Worst place ever ever stayed owner is a ruthless money grabbing troll tried to cancel booking twice 5 days before and got told I have to still pay for the 2 days at £130 so had to have the booking and was a dingy room no bathroom was a shared bathroom with 5 other rooms... Was dirty the room had public hair in bed and wasn't cleaned at all window was grotty as was mirror.. More like a in call brothel house than a self service hotel... Disgraceful never ever stay there again!!!!

   Quietly surprised. Room spacious,clean and everything needed. Only thing is its a shared bathroom (which we were aware of before arrival)although immaculate.
