    I hope that this will be the only contact I have with these people, who erroneously chased me in connection with a defaulted mortgage with which I have no connection, other than sharing my (very common) name with the person in question. When discussing this error and the need to dissociate my name and address from their defaulter, the girl I spoke to seemed to regard the situation as an amusing slip. I had to remind her that a damaged credit rating can have a material impact on the ability of someone to conduct their lives and that distressing cases of bailiffs visiting incorrect addresses are not unheard of. I await to see whether they actually do as they say they will and confirm in writing they have noted I am not the person they seek.

    These absolutely dishonest rip off merchants conned me out of thousands. Advised me to accept a ridiculously low offer on an accident claim I sustained life changing injuries in. Diabolical ruthless people. Avoid at all costs!!

    I can’t reiterate this enough AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! If you are selling a house and this company look after the management company for that estate where the house is then GOOD LUCK! 5 months to get a single document signed! You have been warned!

    Has to be the most unprofessional legal firm have ever come across my life. I was constrained to use them for conveyancing a commercial property as they were amongst the only 3 firms on the panel of the mortgage lender. Their charges are 3 times that of any standard conveyancer, they make merry acting on behalf of lender as also client and worse - its been 7 months since the transaction was completed, but the property has still not been registered. they still hold retainer from my side and dont respond for weeks to any queries..no one picks up phones...its a living nightmare..am contemplating action through Ombudsman / Law society..not sure if that will help as well.
