Large clean room, staff friendly and professional. Lots of parking, Greggs and Starbucks next door. Good value for money.

Really lovely girl on desk, very helpful, I didn’t realise they don’t do walk in’s, had to book online in foyer. Room was ground floor, had dirty carpet with wet patches, squashed insects on wall, empty coke bottle on floor, didn’t look vacuumed, live spider can’t be helped. Other guests in next room to mine walking round outside of building banging on the window talking loudly to partner, smoking weed. If I wasn’t desperate I’d have complained, I don’t think there was a different room available.

Have stayed herelast year and it was fine but this year we were a little disappointed. The crater going into the car park is worse than last year, so be careful going down into the car park. Asked for an extra pillow, and got told unless there's one in the room, then there isn't any, as people tend to steal pillows and duvets out of the room...... so you're out of luck there. Hot water pressure isn't great either but the shower temperature is okay. Couple of young lads were hanging around reception - didn't cause us much bother but seemed a bit odd if they had a room. Good points is that even though it's close to the dual carriageway it was very quiet.

Entrance door needs attention does not look very inviting. Car park needs resurfacing and was covered in litter. It appears that general maintenance needs improvement but the room was comfortable and satisfactory. Access to the westbound A55 was difficult as it involved a long detour.

it's fine for a Travelodge, what are you expecting? smells alright. quiet. hot water. slept well. it's not even that mouldy. the only thing I really object to is the no socket by the beds, and having to pay three quid for WiFi like it's the 1500s. what am I, an animal?

Toilet was stained. Shower curtain had black mold, and the shower wash dispenser was either empty or broken. On the plus side, the bed was super comfy, the room was big, and the people on reception were very helpful.

Very friendly staff good size rooms. Nice hot shower with very good water pressure. The only issue I had was with the toilet it took two days to flush away what I did. It was not anything any other normal person would have deposited in the toilet but for some reason the water flow from the flush just didn't move any thing. Would stay again but toilet flush needs improvement
