   My experience with Clarion Solicitors was extremely disappointing. Communication was slow at key stages, including a long period without updates after a meeting where clear progress had been discussed. I also had concerns about the clarity and detail of billing entries, which made it difficult to assess the work carried out. Upon complaining they quickly agree to compensate us and they agreed to a 50% reduction on fees, which I accepted in order to bring a stressful situation to a close. This says quite a lot of how much they thought about their own service. More importantly, the overall outcome was very disappointing. Early on, the case was presented with great confidence and very high expectations, but it later became clear that achieving those outcomes would be extremely costly. We were not clearly warned of this upfront and ended up having to compromise before reaching court. Throughout the process, I did not feel confident that our best interests were being prioritised. Based on my experience, I would have expected clearer advice on risks and costs, more transparency, and a stronger alignment between what was promised and what was ultimately delivered. Case in point. Winter again and I still have the water leaks in my unit where I operate my business.

   Rachel and the team at Clarion provided fantastic support to me during some very challenging divorce proceedings. The compassion and empathy shown throughout the whole process made me feel far more comfortable than I felt I ever would, and helped me through some difficult times. Rachel and Sarah were always on hand to answer my (many) questions and I would always receive incredibly prompt responses to my emails, texts and phone calls. They are clearly incredibly passionate about doing the right thing for their clients, with their legal expertise always coming to the fore. I am so grateful for their support over the past 18 months and would absolutely recommend Clarion for anyone requiring support through a divorce. Thanks team.

   What amazing people! I would like to say a massive thank you to Sandeep and Ashleigh for helping me get back my daughter from my ex partner, under stressful circumstances within 48hours. I was a victim of domestic violence and they supported emotionally and mentally in helping me reunite with my daughter. They have been super supportive and are always on call when you need them. I highly recommend using this firm! Again I cannot say a massive thank you to sandeep and Ashleigh! Without them I honestly don’t know what I would have done. Thank you again 10/10

   This was a very poor experience in 2022-23 involving a child custody case. My solicitor Jane Ingleby was not at all present during the process, leaving the work to a much less experienced colleague. There was no pace and yet it was very expensive. In the end, I moved to Winston's who handled the case with much more drive.

   Unfortunately, my solicitor and I have had to deal with a real estate team that demonstrate a clear lack of detail, ownership or communication. Their ownership is to settle their clients estate (who's house we are buying) and they have shown throughout the entire process that they do not have the sufficient capability or attention to detail. We constantly need to chase and point out their errors (incorrect name of their client) with no demonstration of professionalism or aspiration to drive this through to completion. (no chain, no complexity, sellers house is already empty). I would not recommend this company for any real estate matters.

One of the strengths is the firm's partners we have worked with are always commercial which you don't always find with lawyers!.
