Some of the most incompetent legal service I’ve ever encountered. Suk and his team caused us repeated, avoidable delays, gave incorrect guidance, and failed to respond to urgent queries. Documents were mishandled, deadlines misunderstood, and essential steps left unexplained until the last minute. Their incredibly terrible job cost us a serious amount of time, and $1,000 extra for another lawyer just to review what I had been repeatedly asking them to review for a month. Their disorganization and lack of professionalism added immense stress to an already complex visa process. Avoid at all costs if you value clear communication, accountability, and competence.

Whilst it was easy to get an appointment and some documents witnessed, the solicitor also agreed to scan a further legal agreement for me, but then completely ignored my emails and didn't return my telephone phone calls. Was this because I had already paid up front, who knows? My wife and I wanted to update are Wills too, but I won't be using Lex Sterling again. Avoid!
