Lady didn't even open the door despite of reservation online. I called and she just disconnected the call. Avoid this place if you don't want to end up in the middle of nowhere in the dark at dark windy rainy evening!
I stayed the night yesterday. Amanda was good to meet me at the hotel just after 12pm to check-in. I stayed in the en-suite room. It was very comfortable. The hotel is ideally located close to the train station.

Most convenient for railway, for shopping and the very beautiful Astley Park
