Awful service, I offered them some work and provided some information, two weeks later after much chasing their head of client services admitted he hadn't even got anyone to review the information I had sent, let alone quote me for the work.
Awful company to deal with, offered multiple payment plans. Each time rejected said the client wants it in full or i will get a CCJ. Extremely unproffesional company avoid at all costs

The photo that comes up with the big guy (he needs a bigger suit I think) talking to the skinny guy (who has a blank sheet of paper in front of him) and the women sat there. What are they all doing?! It's not the greatest image really! Anyway, my experience of this company is being on the end of a bankruptcy order brought by their client. They obv advised their client to go down the bankruptcy route but I did forewarn everyone involved that since having a major stroke I had no job or assets i.e the bankruptcy would be a waste of time and money. BUT....of course they wanted to go ahead and what have they achieved? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! They were so desperate for the cash that they sent a server to my house in the middle of a pandemic. He was also begging to get his fee as he told me that if I didn't accept the papers then he would leave them with my neighbours. What the heck??? GDPR?? Desperate as I say! Guess what the final bill was to the client? Over 40k. Super awkward explaining that one! But thanks for clearing my debts though.
