   We took several visits to decide on a new suite and spoke to a different sales person each time. Without exception they were all excellent with good product knowledge. There was never any pressure to buy and we were allowed to decide in our own time, with help on hand if we needed more information. Our new suite was delivered yesterday, and although delayed by a few weeks, we were updated on the revised delivery date and the reasons for it. Thoroughly recommended.

   Great company to deal with . The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thankyou Carol and Sandra for great service. Impressed with the delivery team who were very efficient. Its ironic that such a good company is let down by its suppliers; namely Parker Knoll who failed to meet a 20 to 22 week lead time and sent sample leather swatches out 4 weeks before delivery was due. A wee bit late......... Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

   I rang at 9am today to buy a Sealy mattress, it was delivered by 2pm same day. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. This is my second experience of purchasing from Englishmens Castle and both times have been a pleasant experience.

   Have bought various items over the years. Latest visit was to purchase "adjustable bed". Was given a realistic delivery date as item is manufactured to order. The help and advice given was polite and to the point. Have now used the bed for a few weeks finding it meets the needs of my wife and self. Thank you for professional help.

   I had an excellent experience with this shop. A good selection of furniture available to view and try out in the showroom. Friendly, courteous and very helpful service from staff in the shop. Delivery was arranged to suit me, earlier than expected. Delivery was within the 4 hour time slot given and I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the delivery drivers. My G-plan sofa is of a very high standard and fulfills my expectations. Thank you Englishman's Castle!

   An excellent experience all round, I ordered furniture after researching it online and chose this company based on the reviews. I was directed to Neil Atkin, who was very pleasant, efficient, helpful and ensured that all the small points were covered. Communication was excellent to keeping me informed of delivery forecasts. Delivery was punctual and the delivery men were efficient, friendly and excellent in assembling the chairs and sofa. I am delighted with the furniture I purchased and the whole experience. I can thoroughly recommend the company and would use them again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, willing to offer advice with no pressure. Availability was far quicker than we had expected and delivery on the date agreed. They also matched the price of another retailer. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
