    Ordered a corner sofa but cancelled it before it got delivered. And still waiting for my refund almost 5 weeks later. Everytime I email this company im told they are having problems sending me my refund back and tell me to wait another 7 to 10 days. Long story short I have trading standards involved now, only way I will remove this comment is when I have my full refund, b&q do your research before you join with small unprofessional businesses like furniturestop uk.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Service – Avoid This Company I placed an order with Furniture Stop on January 27th, and since then, I have received no response to multiple attempts to contact them. I have sent three separate emails, all of which have been ignored. I also tried using their online chat, where I waited in a queue for over two hours, only to be left with no assistance. At this point, I can only assume this is a fraudulent sale and that they have no intention of supplying the goods I paid for. If I do not receive a response within seven days, I will be reporting this to my credit card company for further action. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of communication—avoid this company at all costs!

    Avoid this place . 14th Nov I ordered a 3+2 suite which clearly stated on website it was in stock and would be delivered within 18 days . After about 10 days I had a look at the reviews for furniture stop UK and seen so many with delivery issues , I contacted them by email as the phone number provided does not work! I asked will the suite be delivered on time and I got a quick response telling me 2nd week of Dec . Out of the blue on 2nd dec I received an email saying my order was canceled on my direction , I did not cancel . I contacted them by email and was informed they did not have it in stock , I asked why they took the order if that was the case and then the reason was changed to they don't deliver to northern Ireland but I paid £69 delivery as it is on there website that they deliver to NI . I was then just told my refund was issued and would appear in my account in 3 days and luckily it was so it's the only thing I can't fault them on . I seem to be one of a lucky few who got refunded . My advice to anyone buying furniture go local were you can see what you are buying . I was kind of glad in a way what happened as so many bad reviews saying products damaged and cheap looking , I paid alot more local but it was well worth it . Date of experience: 05 December 2024

    I give it one star because I can't put a zero on it. My partner bought me an engagement ring. She is less than 9 months old and all her color is gone. They have changed it 3 times and the same thing always happens to her. I have taken her back and they say that she does not cover anything else her guarantee (she is 2 years old), so I have put a claim form. I have a white gold engagement ring that is yellow and they have changed it 3 times... but to top it off they tell me that it could be because of the ph of my skin (gentlemen, this is not the first ring I have!!!!! !!). Terrible experience.

    Bought 6 sofas that were in stock. 3 weeks later despite contacting the company I’ve yet to receive a delivery date. Very poor as we were trying this company out for our furnished Leeds property portfolio. I’ll hope to update this post when they confirm a delivery. Update. All the sofas were delivered eventually but all badly damaged. All were described as “made of high quality leather”. They are made of cheap plastic coated fabric. After countless emails trying to have this resolved I’ve got nowhere except Grace in customer service insinuating that we were stupid to believe they were real leather as described. Misrepresentation at its worst and no resolution for the damage on each sofa. No offer to take back under their 30 day returns policy that clearly doesn’t exist. Just AVOID this company at all cost!

    Ordered sofa. They Took the money. Then Emailed immediately saying out of stock and need to wait 3-5 days for a refund. So if you want to Loan them your money for a few days and get nothing in return this is the place to do it. Now we can’t order another sofa until this money is returned. Total waste of time. Do not recommend..

    I bought a chesterfield double bed £500, it arrived on time, and well covered with bubble wrap/packaging. I had a quick check and it looked fine. I left it in packaging as was renovating flat, then was on holiday. I then set the bed up but found the main piece of wood in the footbed was split so unable to attach main bracket for it. Making bed completely useless. I contacted furniture stop who said they would look into it, lots of back and forth eg they are waiting for manufacturers was talking to GRACE.. Now saying they won’t replace part, or give refund or swap bed for one that is not damaged as I’ve had it more then 14 days. Completely refused to help so I’m now stuck with a £500 bed that is not usable/fit for purpose. No response from them now so all I can do is report the business as it is performing illegal activities, trading standards, citizens advice and hope they actually get dealt with appropriately as they are not following the law and ally of customers are now being cheated. Never Use them.
