   I could not recommend Hamseys more! Mike was brilliant, my first time buying a bed without my parents help and he gave me all the right information. He was attentive to what I wanted and so very knowledgeable, making sure I got the right bed and mattress for my back and I could not be happier with his help. If I ever need a new bed or any furnishings for my bedroom or spare room I will not hesitate to come back!

   Top Quality Service. After having an awful experience with Bensons I popped into Hamseys and I am so happy I did. Staff were very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and polite. We got exactly what we wanted and we spent less than I was expecting which is always a bonus. I was fully updated with a phone call every step of the way which was a really nice personal touch and stress free. Highly recommend this store. Thanks Mike!

   I thoroughly recommend purchasing a bed from this store, extremely good products at very competitive prices compared to Dreams ect The personal touch was excellent from Mike who offered expert knowledge with different solutions, never felt pressured and really enjoyed talking to someone who obviously believes in the products he is selling. A 5 Star rating is warranted. Delivery and aftercare service is also excellent. I will be shopping there again. Well done and thanks Mike!

   We ordered a bed back in 2020, I was concerned about the processing of the order and they made a mess of the order, the member of staff left before they were fired. We were in the early days of the Covid pandemic and the bed was delayed. A member of staff called Mike got involved, he was very honest about the mess and kept us informed about progress. The bed and mattress have been delivered, all assembled by my wife and I and we are very happy with the quality of the goods. I am sure they learnt lessons about customer service and we want to thank Mike for his communication and honesty.

   Can’t rate Mike at Hamseys in Leatherhead highly enough. Very friendly customer service with a huge knowledge of all the beds and mattresses. With Mikes help we chose our new bed and mattress. Our bed has been delivered and is the best bed I have ever had. Thank you Mike.

   Very happy to recommend this place. Bought some bunk beds for my girls and they were delivered the next day. Can't fault the sales staff or delivery guys. In store I was given some great advice which felt very non pressured. The beds themselves were very easy to put up, are solid and look great. Probably the first flat pack which hasn't involved expletives! Two very happy children and very happy parents!

   Happy customer! We have had several beds & mattresses from Hamseys, Leatherhead. We have always been pleased with the products and great service. Will remove old beds and takeaway and install new ones. Will definitely use them again
