I have bought some things here - some have arrived. However I ordered a bowl in October. Didn't arrive as out of stock still on the web site. Still waiting for my refund from the 1st January. Beware at all costs - Kate you have great to a point .

Beware of Latzio! I splurged on an Elie Bleu humidor for my husband's milestone birthday last February. Despite their promise for a July delivery, I got an email stating a shocking one-year delay. Skeptical, I contacted the manufacturer only to find out that Latzio never even placed the order and had cut ties with them. Furious, I demanded a Β£2800 refund, but it's been over a month of stalling and excuses. I'm not hesitating to escalate this matter with my credit card company. Their lack of transparency and accountability won't go unnoticed. I wonβt be buying from this company ever again. My fault for choosing an unknown company and going against the reviews I had read about them previously. Itβs so sad when business do this to people who would like to give them a chance. Never again! My biggest issue now is that they wonβt give me my money back.

Really rogue online store!!! I ordered a light in October but my order was canceled and still no refund or replacement. I waited very patiently for the first few months but still can't solve my problem. Kate, who works in customer service, always takes the time to get an answer from the account manager or even the CEO, and never solves it. The price of that light plus shipping was my 2 weeks salary. Don't let people use this place, it will hurt you emotionally and financially!

Similar to the previous reviews, I should have read before ordering. I ordered a vase with this company a month ago and then had an email that it was out of stock and couldn't be ordered. They said they would refund within 14 days, it has now been a month and nothing. I've contacted customer services who keep saying the accounts team are being contacted and getting nothing back. I'd advise not to order online with this shop. I'm still chasing a refund.

SHAME YOU CANNOT SCORE 0 Shocking!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Long story short - ordered, no delivery, was told after 2 weeks that item was out of stock. So why take my money if the item is out of stock!!! Asked for a refund, chased multiple times only to be fobbed off and told that refund would be processed!! Nearly 2 months later I am still chasing my refund, had to contact bank to do a charge back instead as clearly was never going to get my money back!! My bank were excellent and refunded the money and have raised a case against the company. Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!! I would score no stars but not an option I purchased a vase last December, received emails advising issues with delivery, waited until the end of January. Still no delivery. Asked for a refund and Iβm still waiting and itβs now March. I keep receiving emails advising their accounts department arenβt available ????? Now understand Iβm never going to receive a refund from them. TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM LATZIO

If only the customer service would match the quality of products they sell. Customer service is appalling. Issues with the ordering process on website meant I needed to cancel the order. One month on and no refund has been actioned. All communication with customer service is met with 'a ticket has been raised with our accounts team'

Excellent range of unique products. We bought a sofa which arrived on time and Kate from customer services kept us updated from start to end. We purchased smaller items from Latzio, and they've upped their game. Highly recommend.

Still waiting on order. Was promised 10% discount as delay by months. Will have to go through dispute claim as not received goods paid for. Would caution purchasing from this company. Edit 5/9. Your company do not respond to my emails to customer services x 3. They do not answer the phone. I am waiting on goods not supplied and a refund not honoured. This is essentially theft as you have taken my money without supplying what was promised. As you are still not replying to me, I will go through a dispute claim. I would strongly caution purchasing from this company.
