If could give 0 i would. I was coming from Doncaster for the Northern Lights walk at Newsam park. I rang the day before to check if poss to take me and my autistic son there and a price got told i could, excellent. Rang at 16.18 to book a taxi for 17.45 from Queens hotel on wellington street. Was told yes booked in and would be rang when taxi there. At 17.27 rang again got message saying my taxi was booked and time allocated. I spoke to operator asking where taxi wanted us to stand as the place in front of hotel couldn't be got to, again I got not a problem will be rang when taxi there. Taxi may be late because of weather i told operator I needed to get to temple newsam for 18.30 as that was when my booking was made for and definitely needed to be thrre for. Again reassured it be there to look at for a grey hyundai. We waited in pouring rain for a car that never turned up cold wet me and my autistic son rang several times more to be then told they couldnt pick up from where I asked! Was told should have been advised that and taxi wasnt even booked! That a taxi would be booked now and tell driver to put foot down as again reiterated needed to be at temple newsam at 18.30 was told to look for black toyota NOT grey hyundai as previously informed. Rang again taxi supposedly arrived pressed 1 to speak to driver he was no where near said would be another 15 minutes if wanted picking up from where I asked to be picked up from and to walk down to somewhere else! I'm from Doncaster. I dont know Leeds so no I werent walking anywhere else gave up missed my booking for show so out of pocket for that too! So thanks a lot! Not. Oh and these were actually referred by the organisers so i'll be contacting them about you too. Screenshot of all times phoned as proof

shouldnβt be in business, driver started reversing in the middle of standstill traffic forcing me to reverse nearly running over a child. When confronted driver was acting confused & little did I know he took it so personal he followed me and broke my car window & mirror. Only reason I know about this is because a random woman drove past showing me a photo of his car as she followed him. When ringing the office theyβre telling us he doesnβt work for the?? I would strictly advise against using this company as they clearly hire drivers who lack a level of professionalism and anger management would never feel safe letting my woman or child book a taxi with these people.

Have been using this company for over a year twice a week for my mum who is elderly to take her to see her husband in a care home. They text to say taxis have been booked and text when on the way so mum can be ready.They are very professional with assisting with my mum nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend Roadrunners to anyone. Thank you

I have recently switched from Wheels/Amber cars. My Roadrunners driver came to my actual address (it is hard to find) and took me to work by my preferred route. He even charged less than the usual minimum. I gave him a generous tip, and will be using roadrunners from now on.

I booked my taxi on the app over 2 hours in advance to ensure it would arrive on time, it didn't. I called them after 10 minutes to ask where it was and was told it was going to take 10 more minutes, 10 minute's later I called again and they said driver was on the way, the app then said it was 1 minute away, so I cancelled the back up taxi I booked from elsewhere which charged me Β£5. The app then said taxi was reassigning me a driver, I called to ask what was going on as he was 1 minute away, I was told her 'broke down' and a new driver would be another 10 minutes. The app said if I cancelled it would charge me Β£5. So I waiting 15 minutes later I rebooted an alternative taxi and then my road runners taxi said it was on the way again. By this time I was now 45 minutes late. I cancelled the alternative again, costing me another Β£5. Safe to say I will NEVER use RR again, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend them if you have an appointment to get to. Driver was okay thocan'fault him. can't

Went to wrong place but on speaking to operator sent another taxi. What a lovely man. Smart, polite, great driver, great conversation too. Taxi was spotless. I was thinking the fare would be over Β£20 but it was on Β£18.30. I don't book cars often but if the drivers and cars are similar I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Taxi was 20 minutes late for a booking that was confirmed the day before. No apology, proceeded to try not follow the satnav details that were keyed in, so we had to instruct him instead. After then, inevitably, arriving late, the payment details were wrong, so I had to be further delayed by standing around waiting for a correct payment method (despite the fact my card details are listed on the system, and have been for years). Would seriously consider using in the future, despite them being my local service.
