   Taxi booked for 07.45 - waited for ‘said’ Taxi Rude operator called Paul. I rang to see where my taxi was, as I had a train to catch. Who’s words were - “who leaves 15 minutes to get to the station” It’s approximately a 5 min journey!! Got a phone call at 08.03 to say my taxi was there - only 18 minutes late !!! I walked to the station Never again would i use this shoddy NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE COMPANY

   Very friendly and helpful service. Never had a bad experience with this company. Had a driver do his utmost to avoid rapidly-building traffic congestion, in order to get us to our train on time, for example. I have never known a service that cares so much.

   Had a rude taxi driver whilst going to his place of worship. Very ignorant. Stopped his car in middle of road and kept pushing his car towards mine intending on hitting it. Threatening. Came charging over to me when I said I’d reported him but realised he’d get arrested etc. Blocked car in street even after I had priority. Rude. Rude. Rude. Sort your staff out. Approx 3 weeks ago Just rude and disrespectful, I’ve always done anything to allow york based taxis through etc, but now you’re just as bad as Uber!
