Over 45 minutes late l, driver turned off the tracker app and when contacted to see where the driver was I was met with sarcastic responses. Do not recommend when you have to be somewhere at a specific time. Terrible service overall.
The only taxi company i will use for our mini bus, our mini bus driver Muhammad is absolutely brilliant! He's thoughtful and reliable, he messages me the night before to confirm and always is polite and hopes me and my family are well, very well priced too!
Absolutely fab service, and decent charges with a dog , 1st time used this company, had to take my dog to emergency vets bradford from near pontefract, rang these, booked straight away , no problem and same on return, lovely pleasant drivers, no 34 and same with return driver, will definitely use again , not many taxi services accept dogs , struggled until finding these guys, thankyou A******
Terrible service had a taxi booked for 5 people there and back, way there taxi sent for 4 people driver was aggressive as if it was our fault even though we had confirmed the details earlier in the day, to be fair follow up car had lovely driver however we arrived late. On the way back taxi was 1/2 hour late, we were waiting on street with two kids. Would rather walk or drive myself than use this company again. So unreliable.
Totally unreliable taxi company which is an awful shame as the drivers are really lovely. However the taxis are usually late or don't turn up at all and when you ring the office they just give an excuse or lie. In the last 3 months they haven't turned up twice. We've given this company plenty of business and put up with the shambolic running of the company for the sake of the drivers but today is the final straw.
Rang to book taxis and turned into a screaming match. Woman answered and stated it’s double time, which I get is a thing but they’re the only ones doing double time before late on New Year’s Eve. Whilst discussing the price with my partner, the woman on the phone started shouting at me and screaming nonsense, then just shouted ‘I’m cancelling it anyway so bye’
Booked a taxi for 6.45. It turned up an hour early. Spoke to the driver who said no problem our mistake, I'll ring the office and get you rebooked for 6.45. At 645 no taxi. Rang them and they said they were too busy and couldn't pick us up. Wouldn't recommend.

Absolute disgusting service! This taxi was pre booked to collect my 13 year old daughter from school and take her to an address for her tutor lesson. The driver dropped her off in some random car park and she has had to use maps on her phone to try find where she is going. I contacted the rank to express my concerns and the manager response was “what you getting snotty at me for” unprofessional, unreliable, and will never use their service again!!!
