   Felt we were misled by the salesman who claimed that "dreams don't do black friday" which inevitably made us purchase on the day. Lo and behold 3 days later the same matress was reduced by almost £200 for their black friday sale. Phoned up the branch to explain and a nice chap on the phone suggested we ring customer services and they'd price match the difference (which they did). Bed/mattress great quality but don't appreciate being misled initially.

   I just want to pop in and purchase a headboard for my bed. All I needed to know was what the measurement was between both sticks on the headboard. I was told they did not know. I then asked if they could measure it for me and they did not have the means to measure it. There was no solution, nothing. All I got was, 'call New Malden where you bought it from.' I can not stop laughing how this store has just lost a sale because they couldn't be bothered to find out what the measurement was for me. It was a very simple request. The amount of time I was left on hold for them to figure out what to say to me took longer than simply measuring the headboard, or suggesting they will find out of me. They are obviously earning a fortune to be turning customers away so willy nilly, so probably best to avoid and try another company that will appreciate your custom. Just something else I found offensive was being called madam, it made me feel like a sex worker's head of house

   Placed an order of one bunk bed and a double bed and paid for them had to wait few weeks for delivery but on the day nothing showed up. Got in contact to find out why my two beds never arrived and was told I didn't place an order. Had to go through the aggro and Dug out all paperwork/emails to prove I did Dreams then realised their error and gave me what was supposed to be £100 of in store vouchers. I Went to use the vouchers only to be told they were not valid which was humiliating and a total waste of time the staff in store did not want to make any effort to determine what had happened. I had to wait an additional 4 weeks or more for my beds to be delivered which meant me and my family sleeping on the floor we also never actually received the vouchers Dreams said they would give me even after getting in contact with Dreams. I would never return to this branch or Dreams in general, I ensure I tell as many people as possible about my awful experience.

   I would say good service, mattresses are an the higher price side. They are no 100 pound mattresses or frames which is not ideal. I would say staff seems friendly. They do some sort of scan where they put you on a bed and it suggests what type of mattress will be suited for you. Probably best to just buy the mattress and look elsewhere for frames as the selection is limited.

   Staff very friendly but haven't been able to use mattress yet as fumes from chemical treatment too strong. Having to sleep on the floor instead, not very good for me at age 71. 2 nights already and counting... they failed to warn me. Wouldn't have bought it if I'd known. The delivery men told me after they'd unwrapped it and put it on my bed, so can't return it in its wrapping, a condition of their returns policy!
