Agree with previous one star. A little shop which talks about its items as though they were God's Gift antiques from Versailles. "One-of-a-kind pieces", "unique artworks" not exactly matched by the snail pace responsiveness for a simple query. Classic, unself-aware customer 'service', which further infuriates with a ditsy genteel air of self-importance. Walk past.
Typically British/London customer service, which is to say flippant and couldn't really care about your issue. The company are NOT prepared for the American market. I've stayed at the hotels a couple of times a year for the past several years, sadly this experience marks the end of that relationship - all over a $200 set of sheets. I know I'll miss staying there more than they'll miss my business, so be it.
A wonderful experience In this store last Wednesday- the assistant was patient, friendly and helpful. I got everything I needed and very happy with the products.
Bought a Christmas gift plus expensive packaging and delivery charges for my mother. To discover that she was sent huge customs duty bill weeks later because Kit Kemp does not deal with this upfront. Customer service provided no help.
