One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying a sofa. Lenos is one of the worst sales advisor I’ve ever seen and the store manager Karl is absolutely useless. They mislead and sold us a sofa which we still took in as they would not give our money back. Also their customer service is terrible and is appalling. Would recommend end buying a sofa from there no definitely not.

We visited the store on a busy black Friday Sunday. Even if short of staff the team made us felt very welcome and look after. The salesman Mo (extremely polite and very acknowledged) did an amazing job with us. He drove us through the many model of sofa into the store and helped us to understand our needs. So we decided to get our Quercioli in the finest leather available and add the insurance cover (I've looked pretty much around, and it seems very fair for what you pay for). Looking forward to receive the sofa and to visit the store again. Very suggested

Have to say Deepak is one of the best salesmen I've seen, took the time to really care about our requirements for our new sofas and sat down with us to clearly talk us through the options and the detail. Also had an issue with the parking at Staples Corner Retail Park which was promptly resolved by Deepak without a hitch. Based on this experience, I'm really looking forward to receiving the sofas soon!

I purchased a sofa from SCS six months ago, paying for two sets. After three months, I received the first set, which was of poor quality. The second set arrived in the incorrect color. Following numerous difficulties with the order, they had to reorder my sofas, which took an additional two months, only for them to arrive once again in the wrong color. After facing all these challenges, I was informed that they could place another order, which would take an additional three months. I refused this option and requested a full refund instead. The customer service has been unhelpful and frustrating. With Christmas approaching and October already here, I am unsure if I will have a sofa in my home. I had to dispose of my old sofas, leaving me without any furniture at the moment. I cannot recommend SCS to anyone due to the poor quality of their products. They claim that all their sofas are made in the UK, but this is misleading; the sofas are sourced from China or India. The quality displayed in the showroom is vastly different from what is delivered to customers' homes.

We bought a sofa bed at this store Sofa bed did not last 2 years , cushions already sinking , leather is piling horrible very disappointed !!!!!! We paid extra insurance what was declined . Actually please read the terms and conditions then you realise that the insurance covers nothing !!!! Stay a way from this company horrible quality !!!! Sofa bed for £2200 pound.didnt last for 2 years . Shame!!! See photos !!! It is all over it like this !!!

Great quality items, spacious showroom with lots of examples to choose from along with an enormous choice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming - they even got me a Costa coffee while I had just come to browse. The amazing salesmanship paid off though as I walked out having purchased a great sofa and I’m glad I did. These are superb people to get a sofa from - far better attitude and quality than their competitors (also a company with three-letters in its name).

Great team of sales staff who took time to explain the product benefits and features, but shame about the manager. He is downright arrogant and rude. Treat staff like idiots. Refused to call his regional manager to provide the best price on a set of sofas if I didn't commit to purchasing on the same day. How can anyone commit to buy if they don't have a price.

I'm giving 5 stars for customer service only. Deepak was very helpful and patient. He gave information on all options available. However, the store itself was unbearably hot. No air conditioning!!! Trying to shop whilst sweating was an absolute nightmare. My sympathies to the staff who work there in those conditions. Who ever looks after the maintenance side of the store in Staples Corner should actually do something to improve the working environment for staff and shopping environment for customers. There are rules and regulations that need to be followed in order to maintain acceptable working conditions. Please see that staff and customers alike are comfortable and not clearly sweating and feeling drained.

Horrible customer service! This is the second time we purchase a carpet from ScS. The first time it got delayed with nearly 2 months. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and order from them again and now same thing is happening. On top of that when we got to the store the shop assistant was visibly very ill. He was coughing, sneezing and had runny nose. Shame on you ScS for asking your staff to work while they are visibly sick, especially during a pandemic! We’re never going to use ScS again.

After waiting nearly 4 months, I finally got my sofa 2 days ago. I was pleased, but today morning, my child dropped a tiny bit of perfume on chair, all i did was give it a gentle wipe, Next thing i see, Theres NOW a colour fade mark. Absolute POOR Quality. (Please see photo) I call SCS, but they direct me to Castellan, Which itself is a joke as ive only owned the sofa 2 days. I call Castellan and they tell me the order number is not recognized. Already ive wasted hours on the phone and i can see what both parties are trying to do, (Pass me around and not have to pay and find excuses to turn me away). Dont trust the ScS staff when they sell to you. I just started and i will be visiting the store next week to talk to the staff face to face and more reviews to come.
