I stayed for about 1.5 weeks. The owners are friendly and welcoming and the accommodation is lovely. Michelle does a wonderful cooked breakfast and the views and peaceful atmosphere are delightful.

Set in the beautiful Welsh countryside, this old disused railway station has been converted into a lovely homely bed and breakfast accommodation. The hosts, Michelle and Jim will do everything they can to make your stay a real pleasure. If required they will pick up walkers from various locations on local walks and drop them off again the following day after a sumptuous breakfast. Packed lunches, evening meals and a drinks license are all available. Dont miss this one!

Lovely family feel to the place. Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Hosts were very friendly and even took us to the wedding party we were in the area for.

This hotel was great, the rooms are big and bright as well as nice and quiet. There was an excellent view of the hillsides and valleys from the room and we even saw a few wild rabbits. The location was perfect for us only 5 mins from Ruthin town centre by car, and plenty of nice walks nearby. We also visited the White Horse whilst we were there, as there is a fairly direct path from the hotel to pub, and that is also highly recommended. The breakfasts were very good, lots of choice, well cooked and nothing was too much bother for the staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, which made for a wonderful stay, I’m sure we’ll be back next time we’re in the area.
