Awful, unreliable and unprofessional. I thought I'd try these as thought a local firm would be more reliable than Uber who cancel journeys regularly. I was wrong! Booked hours in advance but they didn't turn up and when I called was informed they would be there in 20 minutes by which time I would have missed my train. Do Not Use! Shocking
Not from leeds and booked a taxi to get back to our hotel after a family wedding that never arrived. Me and my mother ended up being stranded for 2 hours in a strange town in the rain as the venue had to lock up. Wont be booking again for future family events

Nice driver, however I dropped my key in the taxi but apparently it’s no longer there!! Boom! It vanished! Not happy as spent a week calling to be told eventually
I was going to be a new customer as I have just moved to seacroft, my first experience with this company the driver was on time and was polite and helpful. My second experience was a disaster I phoned half an hour before I needed my taxi and it was still twenty minutes late and I didn't even get an apology from the woman who answered the phone at their office who was quite snippy on the phone when I asked where my taxi was and the driver just ignored me so it's safe to say I won't be using this company again
Booked a 6 seater two days ago for today to be told that they don't have one ! After stating that I would only pay the price quoted and not two individual prices for now two required taxi , they fit said he would call me back ! This was 30mins ago . We needed to be where we were going by 18.00 it's now 18.00 ! Oh and they had booked the wrong time on the original booking too . 6 very angry ladies !!!!!
