a very bad experience had to come today at 6 pm and it's 9:30 pm and they didn't bring the beds. I don't recommend anyone and no one to go through my situation to have to sleep on the floor or look for an alternative to sleep.

Very disappointing experience. It’s hard to believe the 5-star reviews are genuine given how poorly customers are treated. As a paying customer, I have every right to compare prices and choose the best value from available options. Instead of respecting that, staff showed clear frustration — which felt unprofessional and unfair. If you can’t compete on service or pricing, taking it out on customers is not the solution. Would not recommend based on this experience.
