   Luckily I can’t give 0 stars They never pay workers on time, and underpay almost all the time. We always have message without a doubt every time on pay day to only be payed days later. They lied on my timesheet saying I didn’t work one day. The ladies in the office speak to workers like dirt, this was the reason for me leaving as I witness my colleague being spoken to very degrading by a lady in the office called Diane. The owner has no clue and the workers know more than him in terms of the warehouse operations. Ive witness in the month of working for them 10+ out the door, this clearly indicates an issue.

   Terry and his business is the worst I've ever come across too! We were sold a sofa for £1600 and i would love to show you the pictures of what happened and how the faux leather started peeling itself off, we have 6 seperate seats which formed into a corner unit and are only my husband in the flat. Its been over 2 years and now and we have been complaining to Terry since it was just over a year terry is not accepting any responsibility!!! BE CAREFUL AND DONT FLUSH YOUR MONEY.

   Worst service ever and rude boss called Terry. He needs to be trained in customer service skills and needs to learn on how to talk to people overall. We were promised a price at the shop three times the same price and the lady told us to come on Tuesday to order the bed. However, Terry said its not possible to sell at that price and that this is his staff fault for promising this price to me! At least could have apologised which he didn't and talk to me rudely. In the end it's not customers mistake for him messing up his business Price and policies. I relied on their bed to order at that price! I just wasted my time and money going there. If you would like to get bad and unprofessional customer service and if you would like get shouted by the people who you wanted to do business with, this is he best place to go!!!
