   Worst customer experience!! I was sent center table with a manufacturing defect to which I was promised another center table would be delivered. It's been over a month and more than 15 calls chasing them, no one bothers to help. This is the attitude when I had paid an extra £85 to buy 5 years warranty. Manager in staples corner branch don't care once they receive the price for the item. Mediocre quality with pathetic customer service and High price is all k furniture all about.

   Stay away from this place! If I could give 0 stars I would! No customer service at all very rude and incompetent staff. A family member purchased a dining set a couple of years ago and the leather on the chairs has already completely worn away!!! After explaining this in store the store assistant, and manager Keaton did not help at all, no apology was given and they did not offer to change or repair the chairs. The manager defended himself and argued over this. Extremely disappointed.

   Sadly very poor customer service and terrible staff. I bought a fairly expensive furniture item which turned out to be cracked and had marks of being used before. They said it was new. The staff refused to consider taking it back and ended up being rude. Edit Replying to the response from the owner: OK I didn't want to write a long review but since you've brought up some important points, I should clarify some things. The item was indeed shown to me at the store but I was only given a quick general look which did not include the parts that were cracked. Opening it when I got home, there were clear signs that the table was used before: - dirt on the underside of the stand from where it was placed on the ground - 2 of the bolts were missing - the bag that the bolts came in was ripped at the top and held together with some tape that had clearly been applied after the fact. - warping in the material around mounting holes indicating that it as assembled in the past It's clear that this wasn't a brand new item, and I feel quite silly for falling for that claim
