   Avoid, Avoid, they are scum people Substandard products. Very difficult to contact and equally difficult to get money back.I have ordered a bed and mattress recently with this company charge £945 and I pay £40 extra for same week to receive the item but 3day late I call them they didn’t have any clue and said there van is brake down! I was asked them for my delivery refund, I have been told in 3 working days I will get my refund until now I haven’t receiving my refund and I try call them don’t answer the phone!! However one week later the delivery 8 o’clock evening!!! when I tray to install it there was the bracket is damage!! I have all evidence but they are not answering!! IF YOU DON’T LIKE A STRESS DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THEM THEY SCAM YOU.

   I received my firm, sprung gel double mattress on Friday, 6th June 2025. However, the delivery was late—it arrived at 8:40 pm instead of by 7:00 pm, which was supposed to be the latest delivery time. Before placing my order, I visited the shop in Staples Corner to check and try the mattress, and to compare its measurements with my old one. The original price was £509, but we received a £25 discount, which was great. When I placed the order, the salesman told me that delivery would be made in one week, on Friday 6th June, between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. I received a call the day before confirming that the delivery would be made the next day between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm. When the mattress didn’t arrive on time, I started to panic and began reading reviews on Google. I was shocked and worried to see so many negative reviews—I genuinely thought I had been scammed. But thankfully, the mattress did arrive, even though it was late, and I’m so happy with it. It’s exactly the one I ordered: a high-quality, firm, and very comfortable mattress. It’s been a few days now, and I can honestly say it’s perfect for my back. I sleep like an angel! My only mistake was forgetting to check the thickness of the mattress—it's nearly twice as thick as my old one, so now my bed is much higher than expected. It'll just take some getting used to, but since I’m tall, It’s manageable. Maybe I will need to buy a lower frame in future....

   DO read this before you buy! Having tried numerous bed shops and even more beds I soon realised Bedworld offered the best option and returned to the helpful and knowledgeable salesperson, Harun, who patiently answered all my questions. What a difference to be treated as a respected and important customer. It is not just the quality and value of the product that makes a supplier superior but the way the staff treat YOU. Harun went out of his way to resolve a small delivery issue and it is this service that even against the more expensive brands will always put a store like Bedworld above the rest! I cannot recommend highly enough! London Marylebone

   STAY AWAY! THESE GUYS ARE FRUAD! We brought a mattress and bed from these lot and they sent us faulty products. We’ve been ringing them for 10 days and the manager named Guppz is not answering calls or emails. We brought the bed from staples corner Bedworld and these guys have the WORST customer service ever! They refuse to give a refund even though their products are faulty and it’s impossible to get through to this guy Guppz. I’m taking legal actions now, consumers rights do apply and they have no right to send no body faults products and neglect the fact that I’m trying to get this sorted. Stay away from these people .

   Good looking but very poor quality!! In less than a month, one of the bed wheels has been broken. I’ve never seen a bed with bottom cover made of a plastic mesh and it’s very frigile. Avoid and don’t get tricked by the good looking!!

   Went into the store today to find out what bed sizes they offer, I said to the man sitting at the desk if they do emperor size beds 2meter by 2 meter he replied in a rude manner and said in this country we work with ft trying to talk down at me, I asked if it’s including the headboard which at that time I had forgotten what the name was and I said I can’t remember the name he replied back saying “let me teach you some English, it’s called a floor board” then corrected him self by saying headboard which I found very rude and I walked out saying thanks for the education and he said it’s good to get educated. Now if you ask me that doesn’t even deserve 1 star! If their first point of contact is like this I don’t even want to know how they are like during purchase or even after sales!!!! Avoid!!!

   Terrible experience and the worst customer service I’ve ever received. 2 weeks late on my bed delivery and when delivered it had the wrong parts so that was an additional week without the bed. The staff in the shop and over the phone/emails have no customer service skills. There is no instructions on how to assemble the bed and when I email they say use it on the headboard. When I call they tell me email head office. Honestly disgusted with this whole process and my bed is still not assembled!

   This company should not exist. I spent over £1000 with them 3 weeks ago. They delivered the bed without any fittings. Then said they would send it to me the next day. It is 8 days and I have still not received it. Additionally the mattress was wrong for me and I asked them to take it away. I have emailed them every day for past 5 days and no one has acknowledged my request for a refund. All I heard back was that I 'should give it 2 weeks and that the mattress would get soft'!

   They are a fraud! I have returned my mattress after they have acknowledged that the one I have received wasn't the one I had ordered and they are not giving my money back! The third picture is what I suppose to receive, the 1st and second is the mattress I have received. I have paid £400.00 for a medium firm mattress that instead bends with the pressure of my hand. Clearly the mattress it is not the same as the one pictured online. Definitely not worth £400.00. After a week the mattress had sunk down under the weight of my partner's body ( 87 kilos !) BED WORLD PICK UP THE PHONE OR REPLY TO MY EMAILS!!
