   Purchased a TV unit from their Tottenham court branch. The actual quality of the materials are amazing, very sturdy indeed. The manual itself was outdated so had numerous installation queries (no fault of the staff at the branch). They were very helpful in trying to resolve the issues. Special mention to Robyn who was very patient, attentive and informative. Will definitely be buying further products from them soon.

I found a sofa exactly what I was looking for, a designer sofa with soft lines in white boucle. The staff was very kind and professional in providing me with the information I needed, both Bade, who assisted me initially, and Carolina, who confirmed the order and followed up with all the subsequent steps. I can't wait to receive my sofa.

   Very professional and attentive service from the team in London's West End location - big thank you to Lexi, Carolina and Ishraq in particular! We had a tricky home access issue for delivery of our chosen sofa, and the team helped us find a solution quickly and without us being significantly out of pocket. The communication was clear and prompt, despite us asking lots of questions and changing our mind on the model - we always felt cared for! A superior service all around.

   Weird! Came all the way here to look at a leather sofa. About 50 sofas, all available in fabric and leather, not a single one actually in leather to look at. Makes you wonder about their whole service. Completely put me off.
