   show stopper, most comfortable and lux material you can imagine. London store is amazing and Rasa was a great help putting all design and material together. New Luxury is King Living. Go to the store and you will undestand once you check. Furniture pieces are so nicely finish too. Already looking for extra covers just to have a change of colour between seasons.

   We bought a sofa, table and bongo in August, they arrived in October. Zach welcomed us into the shop warmly, was knowledgeable and gave great advice. Arranging payment was quick and simple. Zach made a point about telling us delivery dates and delivery processes. The delivery couldn’t have been smoother. The guys were on time, careful with the furniture and the property, happy to carry things upstairs, and kind enough to check everything was set up properly. I wanted to delay the review to make sure we were happy with the furniture too. The sofa is firm and comfy, the table practical, and the bongo just the right size. The fabric is easy to clean, and everything is exactly as described. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks, all!

   Very happy with the process of getting a 1977 sofa from King Living, which was almost half price with the summer sale. I discussed with Sinead (who was lovely) over the phone and via email, received samples in the post quickly, and visited the beautiful store in Tottenham Court Road to check them out. Ordered over the phone / online with Sinead a few days later, which was a painless process; took advantage of paying 25% deposit and the rest on 1 year interest free credit. Delivery was all to schedule and the delivery process was simple - I was called about a week beforehand to arrange a delivery date, and the delivery company kept me up to date with tracking on the day and a phone call just before they actually arrived. The delivery staff got the sofas up our 2 flights of stairs without incident; asked how we wanted them arranging, and installed them for us. The sofas look wonderful installed and are really comfortable. I couldn't be happier with the process, people or the product. Thank you.

   I recently bought a couch and chairs from King Living. My salesperson at the showroom was Marietta - who was amazing from the beginning to the end. She was very helpful is helping me decide on the fabrics and supported me throughout whenever I had questions around the delivery etc. She has gone above and beyond and I would definitely recommend. The furniture is of exceptional quality and is beautifully crafted with high end materials. I am so happy with my purchase and they will last a long time. The delivery was also very smooth and they did everything for me from the mounting to removing the packaging. All in all excellent experience from King and I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

   Very good showroom with a great selection of sofas, including various size and fabric options to fit your living room. Rasa was extremely helpful in guiding us through our first sofa purchase, offering plenty of recommendations and being very accommodating to our requests and feedback. The delivery lead time is a bit long, but pretty confident that it will be worth the wait

   What a superb addition King is to the sofa high street stores. We have bought the most fantastic Zaza sofa from King. It's stylish, super comfortable, manufactured beautifully and we are absolutely delighted with it. Having suffered with back problems for years, this really has improved it and I totally LOVE IT!! Monika was amazing throughout the whole process and the journey from visiting the showroom initially to the delivery of our very own beauty, could not have been handled any better. Well done King and welcome to the arena! ;)

   We have just ordered a suite from King but not yet due for delivery. However from the outset when we walked into the showroom we were greeted by Sinead who despite having only recently started with the company was very knowledgeable of the product and extremely helpful, as were other members of staff we encountered. We live quite some distance from the showroom (Scotland) but any subsequent requests we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will post again on delivery hopefully with only positive vibes

   My experience at KING TC Rd has to date been great. I'm still waiting for my delivery but for now I can only recommend them highly. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and most of all accommodating and patient as I changed my mind multiple times on design and fabric of sofa/bed/dining chairs.... Lets hope the 3 month delivery wait will be worth it - which I'm sure it will be!

   We received the sofa within the expected delivery time and delivery men were helpful. However, when it arrived it was missing one of the back cushions. It's been over 2 weeks since our delivery but no updates on the missing piece from King despite following up via call & email multiple times

   Bought a very nice brown leather sofa and chair from them. Delivered on time and really nice. The staff in the showroom were very helpful in explaining the different configurations. We went to several furniture shops on TC Road and they seemed to be the best combo of price and quality.
