   Extremely useful visit to sort out which sofa and recliners we preferred. Wonderful product and even more wonderful staff- Paolo could not have been more helpful - pointed out advantages of certain models and helped us refine our choice. He also made us coffee and was very patient and helpful with all our questions. He made the whole thing a very enjoyable experience. Fantastic service and a lovely range of very comfortable furniture!

   We went from complete furniture novices to complete pros in one session with Paolo last week - what a wonderful gentleman. A follow up this weekend, we also had the pleasure of being guided by Nataliia and Camila (super friendly and relaxed). The staff are amazing, their knowledge and willingness to pass on that knowledge are second to none. Oh, it also helps that the furniture is some of the best out there - yes you can go across the road and get something Italian and more expensive - your back, neck and shoulders won’t thank you for that decision. This is the place to go !!

   What a great experience going in-store is. Brian is a great chap and knows his apples, we had a great time learning about the range, trialling, chatting, and taking away samples to get the perfect fit for us. After spending a bit of time on the website in advance (which, let's be honest, is pretty sub-par for 2010) I was a bit on the fence about popping in. Shouldn't have been concerned; and am now a complete convert.

   What a great experience we had dropping into this shop on a Sunday lunchtime. We have just started looking at getting a stressless chair and wanted to get some honest help to add to get online research. Jacob was excellent in spending time with us explaining all the bits you really need to know but can't find yourself. We were clear it wasn't going to be a sale probably for a while but he was so helpful. I think he is the manager or owner and he should be very proud of this shop, it was a delightful experience.
