   Travelled with my daughter to Belgium. Had the best time, had the BEST coach drivers (Mike and Christa) they made the journey so much better, we sang songs, told stories and had a proper laugh. They went so out of there way to make it the best trip EVER. The atmosphere on our coach was amazing with everyone getting on and joining in. I hope Mike and Christa got a good christmas bonus because they definitely deserve one. We love them. Thank you for an amazing break. Love from Sarah and Bessie-Mae x .

   My cousin and I had a wk end coach trip booked with Caledonian Travel . We where surprised that our coach was one of yours who we was told Caledonian use at times. We where greated by this lovely young girl with a lovely smile and lovely personality. From getting on the coach in Hull and getting off in Hull,Nichola was so funny , kind , considerate. The banter we all had with this bubbly young girl was amazing . I would just like to say what a credit she is to your company . Every drop off stop on the way home Nichola was praised and hugged and thanked. I know I can vouch for every passenger on this trip we all wish her the very best for the future .    I would like to pass on our praise and thanks to your driver Nicola (by the way, inside joke) who drove us on behalf of Caledonian travel between 12th-14th to Chester, Bakewell and Chatsworth house. Me, my mum and dad all agreed she was one of the best drivers we have had, and she mentioned it was only her second tour too, which is impressive as she seemed much more experienced! She was really friendly to everyone on the bus, made sure to stop and have a conversation with everyone. The itinerary what was provided was not what was booked with Caledonian initially, it was supposed to include Matlock as well as Bakewell, which is of no fault of Nicola's. On the first day we were supposed to visit Chester but due to traffic and crashes on the motorway, we diverted to another service station for a stop. She used her quick thinking to suggest that we visit Bakewell the first afternoon and instead have the full day in Chester on Sunday which worked out well and gave us enough time in both places. She kept us updated constantly in regard to timings to places, was really funny and had banter with everyone. Additionally, on the second day, Caledonian's itinerary provided was to go back to Bakewell for 90 minutes before Chatsworth house which seemed silly, so she suggested we spend the morning in Buxton where our hotel was, which was a much better idea and a bonus to see another place! On the last day before home, she made it really fun by getting us to write down song suggestions before arriving at Chester, and compiled a playlist of all our songs which put everyone in a good mood on the journey home, rather than feeling sad. This was such a great and simple idea which I haven't experienced before on another coach tour. We would really like if you could pass on our thanks and recognition to Nicola from TJ's travel, she was an absolute star and a credit to your company. I wish her luck on her future tours and hope that we cross paths again on another trip!

   Fantastic company, just been on a 3 day Caledonian stay. No entertainment again in the hotel but our driver Luke decided to host a quiz and buy some prizes. Such a brilliant driver of yours and we really hope we get him again! Lovely clean coach, rather small compared to what we are normally on but they was only about 20 of us so we understood. The highlight of this trip was definitely our driver and getting the whole coach singing away!

   Just returned from national holiday on the Isle of Wight brilliant holiday due to the driver he was so amazing Valentino is a great asset to your company nothing was too much trouble for him in fact we go on many coach holidays and never had such a more caring polite customer orientated driver on any holiday may my husband and I say a very big heartfelt thank you Valentino hope we get chance to go on your coach holidays again may I also say what a brilliant driver you are. thank you.

   After a weekend away with another company TJs travel provided the feeder coach. The driver that looked after us was excellent, polite, friendly, helpful and courteous. More importantly, he dropped all the individuals off at their chosen point, even right to our home. Wonderful service.

   Whitby day trip Sunday May 8th 2022. This was the first experience I have had with TJs Travel Ltd and I must say that it was a most pleasurable one. I have a health condition which has seen me have to shield during the last two years and I was a little apprehensive about going on a coach trip. I spoke with Shaun, who was very reassuring and arranged for the back seats of the coach to be reserved for my party. The coach was clean comfortable and had hand sanitiser etc readily available. I felt very safe. Our driver was Mark who kept us entertained throughout the journey with a mixture of wit and wisdom. There was ample time in Whitby, in fact the whole day was great, made special by the care and attention to detail provided by TJs Travel Ltd. I will definitely be travelling with them again and would not hesitate to recommend the company to friends and family. Thanks again!
