Ordered a double mattress and bed base. The price is great. The guy delivered it right on time and it is the most comfortable mattress I've had yet! To think I almost paid twice the amount just for the mattress. Highly recommend!
Disappointed, ordered a bed and mattress, was told will be delivered same day and had to go to a hotel and pay again otherwise would sleep on the floor. Called many times did not answer the phone and only texted me at 7pm to tell me that is not coming. Not professional at all
I paid this man for a bookshelf on Thursday 4.07.2019. He said he would deliver it on the evening of Thursday 4.07.2019. He did not and did not call nor text to say he could not. He did not make contact on the following days. When I made contact he agreed to deliver it on Monday the 8.07.2019. He said it would be delivered at 5pm. It was not. I called him numerous times and he ignored the calls. After sending a message explaining that I would return to the shop to collect my money, he said the 'best he could do' was deliver at 8:30 pm on Monday the 8.07.2019. I refused to believe his stories and he said he could not give me back my money. Please be aware of this crook on the Hertford Road.
