   Very unhelpful company who have no regard for sustainability. A relative who lives abroad bought me 2 steamer chairs several years ago. Unfortunately the brass hinges broke on one of chairs meaning the footrest can no longer attach. I rang the company to ask if I could buy a replacement part. They said they were unable to help unless I had the order details.The relative has now died. Clearly not possible! I was willing to send them an unbroken hinge from the matching chair so they could see what fixing was required but still unwilling to help. Essentially now unable to use this steamer chair so complete waste of money. Company will not go that extra step to help unlike many companies today where repair is important in this throw away culture.

   Have had two sun loungers for years, have lasted well, however, I have just lost a central seat bolt, they do come loose, seems they can’t supply a bolt unless they have the original order number, told them the model, can’t help me, then the sales person said and I quote “I don’t think this conversation is going anywhere” then basically hung up, enough said....

   We bought an old house with Lindsey furniture in the yard. Don't know how old it was. (Some furniture in the house was from 1990-ht) We found a copper label with old phone, started from 01737 and old website buyteak.com. Who knows how many years this furniture was outside. We fixed it, new varnish - and now it looks like new! Very strong furniture.

   I'm so pleased with my new teak furniture! The sales team were really helpful when I was placing my order and the delivery was really quick considering we're in the middle of a lockdown. The quality of the dining sets is superb, I think I'll definitely be shopping here again soon!

   Chairs looks good, and are expensive, but are very badly constructed so the screws CONSTANTLY fall out, not matter how tight you make them. Not only very annoying but also dangerous because the chairs can collapse. Don't buy until they improve this.
