We received excellent service from Alison and can highly recommend the Ligne Roset store. I had seen the Togo on sale at another store and she was more than happy, not only to price match but to make sure that I received it in the exact colour that I wanted. We were kept informed throughout the manufacture time and were contacted promptly to arrange delivery. We love them and would definitely shop there again!
I experienced exceptional customer service yesterday (5 April) from Alison at the Bromley store (Ligne Roset). She was super helpful with a query that I’d raised through another store at the beginning of February but it didn’t appear to have been looked into! Alison got onto it straight away, identified and confirmed the parts that I required for a dining chair and kept in touch updating me throughout. She advised the items were being posted by her head office yesterday afternoon and they were received by lunchtime today! Alison was super friendly throughout and made me feel totally at ease, very personable. I am thoroughly satisfied with the excellent service I received.
