    I went to the shop on Sunday. I purchased this item at full price with a loyalty discount of £15. £135 paid. The item arrived unusable as the draws do not open. There are dents and scratch marks on the item. The item looks old. The sales assistant told me this was flat packed and new when it arrived yet it looks old and used. I complained to the shop. They offered me no refund or exchange. I was not advised during the purchase process. I explained to the sales assistant that I am in a new build and cannot drill holes. He assured me that we can put something under the leg to stop it from falling. After minutes long of conversation. They told me to pay £45 for return. Please explain how something that’s of no use to me and is not in working order my responsibility. The no return and exchange policy was not explained at sales process. The sales assistant told me that it was my responsibility to ask these questions. The sales assistant clearly saw I was unsure about the item and did not think it is his ‘professional’ responsibility to inform me of his ‘no return and no exchange policy.’ Is this fair treatment? My walls are damaged from this cupboard. Yet I have to pay £45? Unhappy with my experience. I have bought from them many times before. This wasn’t what I had expected.

    i would give 0 starts if i could, i purchased a sofa that was on display, i asked the salesman to make sure there are no damages to the sofa as my brothers would be be picking up the sofa with a van, they told me they will wrap it etc and check for any damages. I was not able to check the top of the sofa as it was on a stand which is why i reiterated to the team please can you make sure there’s nothing wrong with the sofa. As we got it to my house while unwrapping i noticed a whole in the top part of the sofa (the area i wasn’t able to inspect) i called the store and informed them of this, they kept on insisting it was we who did it once we left the shop when i kept on explaining it was not as i’m very particular about how my furniture is delivered, and any damages. The manager was rude and abrupt on the phone and only offered a £20 CREDIT NOTE??!! and said you can do whatever you want with it wether you take it or not lol. i do no recommend this store at ALL. i’ll be going in to store to sort this out too as the managers customer service was disgusting, he does not care about customer satisfaction or the way he speaks to customers. They also said you are able to see the the top of the sofa, i have attached a photo of how the sofa was displayed, im a short person id like to understand how they thought i could see that damage from where i was standing lol

    I had a brilliant service, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinet delivered next day at time window stated. Very nice couple came to put it all together at time stated. Cleared up all packaging and asked if I was happy with it. Yes I was. Couldn't fault product or service.

    I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Initially, they delivered the wrong wardrobe, but they eventually re-delivered the correct one. However, upon assembly, I noticed that one door was a different size than the other. When I pointed this out the next day after visiting the store , the guy claimed that my floor was uneven, despite the fact that new flooring had just been installed. I decided to leave it at that, but within less than three months, the wardrobe began to fall apart. First, the middle hinges broke off, and then, in the middle of the night, the railing broke off, causing a loud bang ( didn’t take me by surprise the holder was made from plastic). By the next morning, the hinges at the top and bottom had broken off as well, causing the entire door to come off. This product is of extremely poor quality, and the service was equally disappointing.

    My chest of drawers came by 2 people carrying up 3rd floor I don’t have lift The drawer is not packaged properly it was just barely wrapped in cling film as the 2 men bringing up the stairs while I was watching the bottom of drawer got scratched n it had no cling film wrapped there, now som chip on it . I’m giving 4 stars because it is already assembled n I had next day delivery but please tell your drivers to package yr Furniture properly

    Delivered and fitted But at different random times during the day. Normally when receiving a furniture delivery; you’d expect them to do the fitting straight away. Lastly when requesting the order over the phone; the guy on the phone seemed at bit confused when I requested to do payment via money transfer instead of cash in hand, I don’t think he realised it was 2022. He didn’t get my address details right nor did he even bother to notify us about any delays (which there were). His service over the phone wasn’t great to say the least. But the wardrobe itself was decent

    Chinese guy (‘Ming’) is really rude to anyone and everyone. What’s his problem? Went off on one when I asked a simple question. This guy has serious anger management issues.

    To be very honest this is the worst store I have entered during my lifetime and I mean it, the customer service is disgusting and disgraceful for many reasons. One of the reason is I had purchased 2 cupboard which came with missing parts like screws & handles & etc when I confronted the employee about the issue he started say “it’s your mistake” as in me. His attitude and manner was unacceptable. Another employee sat on his phone and kept asking us to wait for the other employee so we could be seen. Honestly No quality, No service, No manners! Shame on them. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone & my rating is 0.

    Not only expensive for basic items but also dangerous (mirrors). After only few months of getting the wardrobe with mirror, the mirror itself detached and cracked itself over my computer chair, luckily I was not there at that moment. Had it been a child in the way this would have been a very different review.. Suffice to say the items sold there are expensive and garbage

    Very disappointed that they charged me full price and gave me the display unit. When called the owner completely denied it but did he little realise that when I bought the chest of draws I saw a mark on the top and took a picture of it and the one they delivered has the exact mark. Also when I was there the worker was shrink wrapping a unit that was on the shop floor which rang alarm bells hence why I took the picture. Absolutely disgusting!!
