Worse service ever, wardrobe broke the first day. When called to complain was received with rudeness and excuses. Never shop from here waste of money. Daylight robbery £600 lost I hope they get what they deserve for robbing innocent people.
Happy with my wardrobe and the service. Built the wardrobe with ease , job well done. I would defo buy from them again. I would love the guy to build my daughters bed when it arrives and too many cowboys and he knew his trade well. Just need to have foot coverings for trainers .

Same owner but they are changing the shop names from simply bed to happy night mares and now to Knight mares.Whatever the name of the same owner shop is not good shop. I have horrible experience. I bought broken furniture from the simply bed shop. When I was communicating for replacement or refund. They said you bought it from simply bed and we are happy night mare. That guy who sell me the furniture he is still working there and he is one of the owner. I do have their email in my inbox. I'm a law income mother .I saved money to buy furniture for my little girl. Look the owner rude reply after selling broken furniture for brand new furniture price!
Had a replacement bed brought to the apartment by these guys. The two gentlemen who came were incredibly friendly and we had a nice chat. They removed the old bed and built the new one within a half hour. Very happy with the work done!
Brilliant experience with the guys at the shop, they are super helpful. I purchased a new memory foam matress from these guys, great quality and a very competitive price. Usually I have issues getting anything delivered to my flat (3rd floor and no lift). However these guys delivered and brought it up for me without any fuss, they even unpacked it all for me and took the packaging with them as they left (possibly due to my arm being temporarily in a sling). Amazing customer service and a great experience. I totally recommend! See you guys again soon, I am in need of some new furniture!!
I have been shopping here for years and am never disappointed. They’re always willing to go out of their way to help and can usually deliver very quickly. I visited last week for the first time in a few months and was very impressed with how they’re handling social distancing in the shop, all customers had masks on and they were even happy to give out a mask to someone who had left theirs at home. It all felt very well organised and safe so I will happily continue shopping here.
