   I honestly can’t thank this flooring company enough. From the moment they arrived, they were polite, professional and genuinely cared about doing a good job. The flooring looks beautiful, and the quality of their work really shows. What meant the most to me was how they went out of their way to help me. I was struggling to put my bed together, and without me even asking, they offered to help and built it for me last minute. It might seem small, but that kind of kindness really makes a difference. Their prices were fair, the service was smooth, and they treated my home with so much respect. I’m truly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.    We recently used this store’s service for supply and fitting of LVT Herringbone flooring for our apartment. Both the LVT fitter and the mastic man were really thorough and honestly we cannot fault them - really friendly chaps! Above all, the brother Ubaid is extremely helpful, takes pride in his family’s business and is very honest. We did pay a premium in comparison to other retailers with the likes of Abbotts Interior as we were assured if anything was to go wrong (God forbid) the owner would quickly resolve. Honestly the work, overall customer service and fitting left us impressed!

We live Tonbridge and they came to show the samples (no need to visit the store) took measurement and advised us for the best carpet (with warranty). I will highly recommend and rather than going for big companies East London Carpets will give you best price with excellent service.

   I'm very pleased with the new carpets that I've had installed in 2 bedrooms and so happy that I went local rather to a big chain. The sales team are friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with my indecision about what colour and carpet to select. They have their own fitters who were friendly, tidy and came on time. A item I didn't like in the fitting around a door was fixed on the spot with no issues. Pricing was good and ordering to fitting was under 10 days and could have been quicker if my diary could have accommodated it.
