Amazing people known them for a long time won't shop no where else all the staff are a credit. And the furniture is super amazing at an excellent price. Do.truly recommend 100% :) thanks guys. Happy holidays..
Lofty’s is brilliant… I only have positive things to say. I’ve been in a few times now and struck gold lately with a Loaf Sofabed. The service has been impeccable from start to finish. From adding a reservation to the sofa until my partner could come in the next day to see it, to the can-do attitude re the delivery - everything was possible without fail. The delivery guys were polite, quick and left everything spotless. They removed the arms and back to ensure we could get the (pretty huge) sofa up the stairs in our fairly narrow Victorian terrace. From the get-go everything was easy. We searched high and low for a quality sofabed that ticked all the boxes and that we’d get upstairs without paying a fortune and (I can ensure you the options are limited) or if you want split frames or it to be flat packed, the price escalates rapidly. There was none of that with Lofty’s. Tony was a pleasure to deal with as were the delivery guys and the sofa is perfect.

They went out of their way, literally as we live out of London. The sofa is amazing and we are so happy with it, just in time for Christmas, for the whole family to enjoy!. A treasure trove of fantastic quality solid wood furniture, a good array of other furniture and lots of wool rugs at great prices. I visited for the first time recently and purchased this beautiful acacia and rattan sideboard. All of the staff, from Tony and his colleagues in the warehouse, to the delivery men, were great.
They have a good selection of second hand sofas. Unfortunately, their pricing makes no sense to me for second hand furniture. Far too expensive. Found a similar couch on Gumtree for a fraction of the price.
Good prices, good range, very efficient (and free) delivery. Love the fact that they upcycle and each piece is unique in it's own way
Great shop selling quality furniture at fantastic prices. Keep an eye on their Instagram to see new stock as it comes in! Had a great experience purchasing a sofa bed from Tony for our small flat: called to enquire and they were happy to put it on hold until I could come in to see it in person. He provided recommendations for what would fit through our small entryway and delivery the following week was a breeze!
Great spot to pick up quality furniture for a good price. We got two quality chests of drawers, Tony was there to help us pick them out and answer any questions. They also deliver!
This could not have been a better experience. Tony is helpful, knowledgeable and just a really nice person. We found two gorgeous pieces of furniture and they were delivered the next day by very kind and efficient people. The prices are very fair and everything is high quality. Not having to wait weeks or months for your furniture like when you purchase direct from a store is a huge added bonus.
