I had my equipment delivered by Matthew last week. He arrived within the allocated time slot and set up my equipment promptly. He was polite and friendly and really nice to speak to during the set up, and showed me how the desk and chair can be adjusted. The company initially emailed me the wrong date for the delivery which provided some confusion and I had to contact them to query why I had received an email with a different date to what was confirmed over the phone which was resolved. I really appreciate Matthew sending me a message the day before my delivery with a 1 hour time slot since the company told me it would be between 8am-5pm. Overall I am very happy with the equipment and thank you to Matthew for making the delivery process smooth.

Being able to choose a delivery day would make the whole process much less stressful or even just a little more notice so arrangements can be made. Communication before the delivery was a bit confusing. However, the delivery driver Matthew was superb. Nothing was too much trouble, he made me feel really comfortable, and he was incredibly efficient. His service really made the difference on the day.

He even noticed our cat and kindly asked about keeping doors closed to ensure she stayed safely inside. Nikola (Delivery Man) was very professional very polite. He showed how my chair operated with all the different settings. Built my desk quick and professionally and made sure it worked with electric and how to use the functions with adjusting desk height and how to lower again with the buttons. Back to international from start to finish were brilliant with communication once they received my order and kept me updated on progress and delivery date. Could not be more happier with the service and got my desk all set up with additional armrests, keyboard, mouse. I am now looking forward to using my equipment when college starts in September and studying at home in comfort and not struggling like I was before.
