   Bought a RH Mereo 220 chair 8 years back from a vendor (not direct with flokk) Excellent chair, however, the arm rest rubber has worn during the years. These rubber sleeves slip off easily, you would think they can be replaced? No. apparently I have to spend £100 PER ARM REST, (They want me to buy the entire arm). I find that very hard to comprehend. For this reason I'll never buy a chair from this manufacturer again.

   I requested a quote online for a HAG Capisco chair and I never received a reply - it's been 2 weeks. Instead they started sending me marketing emails that I never subscribed to.

   SB Seating's showroom is spectacular, the furniture is understated elegance, along with great practicality. All the staff there are fantastically helpful and can't do enough for you. I would thoroughly recommend calling in to their showroom, having a coffee with them and browsing their great selection.
