Customer service is AMAZING. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Got my bed 6 months ago and never got chance to accemble it till now due house renovations. When I opened package find out I have parts missing and contacted Matthew. He responded straight away and send out spare kit that I got within days. I never had such an amazing expirience with any online shop Very happy with furniture I ordered as well.
