Shocking experience, would avoid at all costs!!! Order a wardrobe to be told you will receive it in around 2 months as parts are ‘made to order’… The order arrives today, packaging was fine but quality of wardrobe is SHOCKING. All pre drilled holes are deformed and to a poor finish. Not one of the ‘made to order’ doors lines up properly! The plastic which holds the back together came damaged and cracked leaving us with one half of the back warped and a gap between the panels. I have emailed and provided photos of some issues but I am waiting to hear back. An absolute waste of money, should have just gone to Argos!!!!

AVOID! I wish I checked the reviews before purchasing from this company. I was excited to receive my wardrobe this morning, all was well it was delivered in a week. However after opening up the package I came to a fast realisation that the parts to assemble the wardrobe were missing so now I am left with parts of wood in my bedroom, no number to contact, I don’t know when they will respond to my email and I don’t know when they will send me new parts so I can continue to assemble it. Avoid at all costs. Too quick to accept money for an order but not careful to check the parts properly or even customer service!!!

Again like some of the other reviews, I really wished I checked them before purchasing their 6 door wardrobe. This company have been the worst I have ever encountered. Firstly it took over a month to deliver. When they finally arrived my partner and myself expected them to assemble the wardrobe, as I had specified on the delivery ‘to be assembled’. They didn’t!! Then after numerous emails back and forth I finally got one of their ‘handyman’ to come out, but they came when neither my partner or myself were in as this was not pre arranged, and they just turned up. I tried to agree on a date and time following this, but my emails were unanswered and it was impossible to speak to someone via phone. We thought we would then have go at building it ourselves. The instructions were in Turkish and resulted in google translate to help! How we got it up I do not know! Once it was built the doors didn’t line up and now the rails have broken. Poor quality, very poor service. If you read this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - you will be very disappointed.

I wouldnt normally complain but when the guys came to fit the wardrobe there was a chip in one of the shelves. I took a picture and they carried on. They told me there was a problem with the doors so they put them on as best they could but they fall off all the time and none of the doors close properly and leave gaps. The installers took pictures too to send to the company. Ive noticed chips on 3 more places on the front of the wardrobe. .i have contacted customer services for compensation but had no feed back as yet. For what i paid it is very poor quality. Screws fall out every time i open a door and the clothes rail kept falling down so ive fixed that myself. Im having to get someone to come and try and fix the doors for me. .The quarantee and instructions are in turkish only so no use to anyone. I like the wardrobe for size etc and its too much hassle to return it but im disapoointed in the quality, service and the external chips. I am waoting to see if they can refund some money for the faults. No one answers phones so its difficult ro sort.

DON'T DO IT! Today we received the sofa (for the second time), after a week of trying to communicate with customer services, calling every day and receiving no answer, and then having to step into the showroom four times which was the only way in which we could communicate in any way with the company. The couch was in TERRIBLE conditions, not only two of the legs didn't fit because it is poorly made, but also it was broken from the side, damaged from water from the inside and dirty. The delivery staff were very helpful and couldn't understand how a "new" sofa could be sent in these conditions. Just to clarify, the sofa was properly wrapped when it arrived so this had nothing to do with the delivery people, it was already damaged when they received it. I attach pictures.

I wish I checked the reviews more before purchasing. Terrible quality items, they don't fit together properly, the 'instructions' don't tell you anything and some parts were damaged. The TV cabinet drawers don't actually fit properly and the whole cabinet is slightly warped. The shelving unit is wonky and doesn't fit together properly, I had to twist it and force the shelves on and screw them down so it would be stable enough. I cannot be bothered to take them apart and have to reassemble or buy more. Especially as I already waited over a month for them to arrive

Vivense sent a mouldy, stained sofa and dumped it in the middle of my living room without assembling it. Previously, it took them a week to change my delivery address as well. The sofa did not come in a box, it came in a very dirty wrapping paper. The cushions are smashed, the sofa is stained and the corners are awful. The customer was supposed to give me a collection/ refund date in 24 hours. It has been 4 days and I am still waiting for a collection date!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Absolutely horrific experience, do not recommend this brand AT ALL. I ordered my sofa on the 26th of April, and since then have had to take 4 days off to await delivery, as they have managed to incorrectly deliver part of my sofa 3 times - supposedly a labelling issue in the warehouse. On the 4th and final delivery, it was the correct part, but it is absolutely filthy and stinks of damp. The cardboard protecting the corners has all melted away from being wet, and the cushions are damp. I have tried to be patient with the misdeliveries as I understand it was a labelling issue, but to be delivered this awful, dirty sofa is absolutely inexcusable. Avoid this brand.

Very Disappointing Experience I’m not one to leave reviews bad or good, but this experience was so disappointing and ridiculous I feel it needs to be shared. We visited the Vivense showroom in London and had finally found our dream sofa. The sofa was available for express delivery which was ideal, so we ordered and expected delivery with 2 - 3 weeks. 1.5 weeks later we were delighted to be told that our sofa was out for delivery and would arrive tomorrow. We had a phone call the next day to let us know that the delivery drivers would be with us in 30 mins. It all started off so well…and unfortunately, very quickly turned into the worst shopping experience I’ve ever encountered. When the delivery drivers and ‘assemblers’ arrived they realised that the company had not sent the screws that fit the legs to the sofa and they had also sent the same half of the sofa twice. The delivery company didn’t provide the best customer service and I was bluntly told that they would be leaving the sofa here (photos attached) and that I needed to contact Vivense directly to resolve the issue. I called Vivense and reported the problem to customers service who were very apologetic and told me that I would receive a call later that day…no call came through. 5 attempts calling I finally was told that the delivery company would arrive the next day to replace the sofa and screws…this never happened. Fast forward 2 weeks and over 20 phone calls later they finally came to collect the sofa. The delivery company had brought the right sofa, but had not assembled the sofa correctly at all (see photos). One screw was fitted on each leg, when it is meant to have FOUR screws in each…if you sat on it it would have completely collapsed! We then realised that the leg screw holes did not align at all with the inserts in the sofa frame (so not great quality for the £1250 price tag). We reported to Vivense and were told that this would be resolved and someone would come out to fix the sofa. Fast forward another 1.5 weeks, we were told the assembly team had reviewed our photos and that the sofa was assembled correctly!? At this point we gave up, we spent 5 hours fixing the sofa ourselves and got a 15% refund…not sure it was worth the hassle. Clearly by its very poor rating, this is not an isolated incident and is very common amongst its customers. Some lovely products but in my experience save yourself the hassle, stress and time to resolve logistics issues that should have been resolved before they started selling anything.
