   I had a two hour consultation with James the owner this week and what an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful man. We selected furniture together for our house renovation and I cannot believe the time, care and attention given to me. I am also the owner of an independent business and pride myself on customer service as well as trying to be competitive and glad to say James does exactly the same so do not be scared to have a genuine honest chat with his team.

They explained exactly how long it would take, helped me select the best fabrics and Base for my home and were up front about the price and lead time.    AVOID AVOID AVOID UNLESS YOUR A MILLIONAIRE. DFS IS UPMARKET THAT QUOTED ME £500 FOR AN ITALIAN MARBLE TABLE. THEN SCS QUOTED ME £550 FOR THE EXACT SAME TABLE. FINALLY I CAME TO THESE GUYS THINKING THEY ARE A SMALLER OUTLET AND WILL BE CHEAPER. THEY QUOTED ME £700 FOR THE SAME TABLE. WHAT A BUNCH OF RIPP OFFS. I FINALLY BOUGHT THE TABLE FOR £300

   Mondital in Walthamstow have unfortunately been very unhelpful when it came to after sales service. We require additional screw fittings for wardrobes after a house move which are only available from them. After repeated promises of coming back to us with a supply of these spanning over two weeks: I'm disappointed to say they have failed to supply these. This means the wardrobes cannot be reassembled.
