The team, Natalie and Issy, were really helpful and hands on throughout the whole process. I felt as if I could just leave it all to them if I wanted to and at times I did as I was away. Otherwise they’ve made it very easy to engage and discuss on details I wanted for the renovation.
We had been looking for some furniture to fit small spaces in our East London home and really struggled to find pieces. We came across Kent and London on a walk through Hackney and spoke to the founder Luke. He was hugely helpful and came around that afternoon to measure the spaces in our house and sketch drawings for three pieces: a shoe storage/dresser, a kitchen dresser and a TV box to hide all our wires. We are really pleased with the final results and each piece is of excellent quality and fits the respective spaces perfectly. There were a couple of small delivery issues but these were handled expertly by the management and all was sorted quickly. Overall, hugely impressed by the quality of workmanship and service.
I commissioned two pieces of furniture from Kent & London, a made to measure desk for my home office and a chest of drawers for my bedroom and was really impressed with the customer service, speed of delivery and the really high quality of the final products. I am so happy to buy solid wood furniture that is beautifully made locally, from an honest company that design, create and deliver on time. I will be back soon, thanks Kent & London!
Excellent service from the amazing staff in Whitstable! The furniture I had made is beautiful! I would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them when I change my kitchen. The delivery staff were totally fantastic, I made a mistake on the handle for my drawers and they went back and collected what I wanted and came back and fitted it, even though it was into their time.. guys I love you all!

This is the third time I have bought furniture from Kent and London. They designed a beautiful built-in wardrobe and oak bookcase for me last year. Since then I have bought 2 bespoke tall-boys, a very large chest of drawers and now some gorgeous bedside tables. I am looking forward to them designing my kitchen some day.
