This wasn't our first time of dealing with this company,, and they still give an excellent service with good choice of beds to try, product information and price. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
John was so helpful. We have bought several beds from the Bed Post before and been very pleased with the service. This time having moved to Scotland we were delighted they could order the bed we wanted and arrange delivery.
Not impressed with service. Wrong size bed ordered and advised day before delivery. Been given a temporary bed which is not of the best quality and obviously a poor second hand one. This was over a month ago and still had no contact from company regarding my actual bed that was ordered. Very poor service.
Awful bed, awful service... Bought a bed earlier in the year after going back and fourth to try out beds and get advice. When the bed arrived it was clear it was no good. I went back and immediately told the bed post but there was 'nothing they could do!' I've been back and fourth so many times because the matress is the hardest thing I've ever laid on and there's just 0 help. Would not touch this place with a barge pole ever again. I'm currently sleeping on the floor on my old mattess and will be for the foreseeable future.
Very poor service. We went in to buy 2 beds and the man was serving a customer but did not even acknowledge us, he then served another customer who came in later.
Great service and products. We had been let down by Wayfair for a mattress and went straight to the Bed Post to buy one, put it in the back of the car and that's it. The service was friendly, no nonsense and professional. I don't know why I didn't think of the Bed Post in the first place as they are only down the road from us and I have previously bought mattresses from them before when my children were little. This is a lesson to be learnt about using our local shops and services, especially in these strange times. Thank you the Bed Post!
Nice friendly local company, Geoff served us as Mark was on days hols, honest no nonsense down to earth attitude, recommended my daughter to purchase mattresses. Very keen 'discounted prices. Delivered by two most accomodating delivery personel, why go elsewhere! 5 star rating. Thank you.
Having purchased a K Size matress here a few years ago decided to purchase another . Visited 2 weeks ago & all details & prices provided.Informed staff planned to return .No mention of prices due to go up or end of a sale. Popped back a week later all prices all increased. Duly paid full price .Poor service not informing customer prices due to increase.Won't use again best to shop around
